The Terror, located on Angel Island, is a study of the life and death of a building. Inspired by the Angel Island Immigration Station fire of 1940. The building contained all the records of the Asian immigrants that were detained and interrogated there. It burned down in the middle of the night under mysterious circumstances. Shortly after the operation had moved to the mainland. The fire changed the island and because of it Angel Island was given a new life.
